What Makes Us Different

Introduction

VITALLINKS SOLUTIONS

Vital links Solutions is an independent company providing supported living services that support vulnerable children, young people, and adults at risk of social exclusion. We are helping to transform lives and build better futures for those we care for through our trusted services, which include residential and training, tailored care plans and 24hour care and support, by taking a holistic approach and having a focus on the core values of being non-judgmental, providing support and empathy.

We accept each person as a unique individual and work with them so they can feel safe, secure and inspired to lead fulfilling lives. We believe that to offer an outstanding service, the needs of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do.

We aim to prevent people from becoming excluded socially and to reintegrate back into the community.

We prioritise the employment of local people and the collaboration with local entities that are committed to their community, which improves relationships, strengthens development, and allows us to adapt our work to the specific needs of each location.

Our Purpose
Helping them to make a smooth transition
At Vitallinks Solutions, our supported living service provides a high level of care and support for young people aged 16 years and above with a range of disabilities and or complex needs. This includes but is not limited to physical and learning disabilities, mental health, challenging behaviours and much more. Set within a highly maintained and stable environment, through a range of programs and carefully tailored care plans, we work with, and support each individual to promote and encourage self-independence. Through our services, we ensure young people can develop and maintain respect, self-reliance and self-care skills. This will enable them to make informed, age-appropriate decisions, concerning their present and future so they can achieve a successful transition into independence and adulthood. Services offered will be based on an assessment of each individual's needs and be part of the pathway care plan for the young person.
